We are seeking a Senior Supply Tech/Site Lead with immediate availability to support Marine Corps Logistics Command (MARCORLOGCOM) and Marine Force Storage Command (MFSC) under the Coordinated SECREP Management (CSM) & Strategic Logistics Services (SLS) program. This role provides daily leadership for all SECREP management activities at II Marine Expeditionary Force (II MEF) Reparable Issue Point (RIP), ensuring inventory accuracy, policy compliance, and coordination with Government stakeholders. As the on‑site senior contractor representative, the Site Lead oversees Supply Technicians, manages workload execution, and ensures SECREP issue/receipt processes are performed correctly and consistently. Working closely with Government Site Leads and RIP Officers‑in‑Charge, the Site Lead translates enterprise‑level CSM guidance into reliable on‑site execution that drives readiness, materiel availability, and operational responsiveness across the Marine Corps enterprise. Strong communication, technical expertise, and effective team oversight ensure continuity of operations and high‑quality logistics support across the MFSC CSM & SLS mission. This role is central to maintaining readiness, reducing risk, and ensuring the Marine Corps receives high‑quality operational support on a daily basis.*This position is contingent upon award
Location: This position is located in Jacksonville, NC.
Salary: A salary range of $74,800 to $88,000 is available for the position. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, education, certifications, technical qualifications, security clearance, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities: On‑Site Leadership & Coordination Serve as the lead contractor at the RIP, coordinating and overseeing daily operations in alignment with program objectives. Ensure accurate execution of SECREP management processes, including inventory maintenance, carcass handling, disposition requests, redistribution, and repair cycle coordination. Apply detailed knowledge of Marine Corps logistics policies, regulations, and precedents to ensure all work adheres to established standards. Inventory & Data Accuracy Validate SECREP management data and maintain accurate inventory records. Oversee proper issue, receipt, and documentation of SECREPs, ensuring accountability and audit compliance. Monitor APSR, GCSS‑MC, and other system data to ensure integrity, accuracy, and alignment with CSM program requirements. Personnel Supervision & Workload Management Provide daily guidance to Supply Technicians, ensuring efficient workload distribution and proper task execution. Mentor personnel on SECREP procedures, RIP operations, Marine Corps supply policy, and system usage. Support the Senior Project Lead in staffing updates, vacancy notifications, and workforce planning. Reporting & Documentation Develop and submit weekly status reports summarizing RIP inventory levels, turn‑ins, backorders, redistributions, and key events. Lead development of briefs, documents, and communications required for site‑specific program reporting. Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting as required by the PWS.Government Coordination Maintain ongoing communication with Government Site Leads and RIP POCs to coordinate work priorities, operational changes, and issue resolution. Ensure contractor activities align with Government‑set priorities, policies, and expectations. Support Government‑directed redistribution actions and enterprise CSM initiatives. Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement Identify deficiencies, process gaps, and operational challenges in RIP workflows. Implement corrective actions and support enterprise CPI initiatives in coordination with the Principal CPI Analyst and MFSC leadership. Promote standardized best practices across RIP locations. Security Clearance: US Citizenship required; must possess a Secret clearance.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related fields.5–6 years leading daily operations for contractor teams supporting military Reparable/SECREP programs, including inventory management, stock positioning, and supply sourcing. Extensive experience managing Marine Corps supply and maintenance transactions such as carcass management, repair cycle coordination, retail/wholesale SECREP activities, and warehouse operations. Demonstrated proficiency overseeing material movement, storage, accountability, and full-spectrum logistics execution across supply and maintenance functions. Proficiency in logistics systems and tools (GCSS-MC, Navy ERP, MDR; L-DART, APSR, etc.)
Preferred Additional Skills: Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
