OrganizationRedpath Partners are excited to be partnering with one of Florida's most prominent Real estate development brands. With a 30 years history in delivering prime resorts and mixed use projects, the group are embarking on an exciting, new phase of hyper-growth. The business also has a track record in Multi Family, hotel/hospitality, retail and condo development. Having had a history of delivering some of the state's most recognizable projects, this privately owned group have an existing $6bn worth of projects in the pipeline and have an appetite to continue to source well located, new deals. RoleThe primary function of this newly created role is to support the Development, finance and executive function with exceptional modelling capabilities. This position will underpin and play a vital role in the business chasing further deals to support their acquisition pipeline. The responsibilities of the role will include but not be limited to: Source and assess property acquisition opportunities. Preparation of development feasibility and investment models including sensitivity analysis for new projects and existing asset repositioning assessments to assist with seeking approvals to proceed with acquisition/project. Assist with the preparation of acquisition reports including Briefing Papers, Investment Papers and Due Diligence Reports Assist with the preparation of board reports and acquisition strategy papers.
