Position: Front Desk Agent (Experienced)

Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and reservations. Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to guest inquiries. Handle payments, billing, and accurate recordkeeping. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are guest-ready. Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements: Previous front desk or hotel customer service experience required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency with hotel management systems (PMS) is a plus. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
