The successful candidate will be the senior executive responsible for the strategic, operational, clinical, and financial leadership of the market, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care. This role demands a seasoned healthcare executive with a Master's degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 10 years' progressive healthcare leadership experience, and at least 5 years in an executive or multi-site management capacity. The Market CEO will be tasked with overseeing market strategy, hospital operations, financial performance, quality, growth, and leadership development, while also fostering a strong organizational culture and community partnerships. Key responsibilities for the Market CEO include developing and executing the market's strategic plan, driving operational integration across the three hospitals, and maintaining executive accountability for financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hospital growth, service-line development, and P&L management, as well as a strong understanding of healthcare operations, quality, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. Experience in pediatric specialty care, behavioral health, rehabilitation, or other complex specialty hospital environments is highly valued.
