About the role
- Manage and track parts inventory across multiple locations and build sites
- Perform Incoming Quality Checks (IQC) per engineering and quality standards
- Prepare and organize build kits based on detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with NPI managers, engineers, and technicians
- Proactively identify and escalate part shortages, delays, or build blockers
- Maintain accurate inventory records using internal systems and spreadsheets
- Ensure parts and materials are available to meet vehicle build timelines
- (Must Have)
- Experience in parts, inventory, materials, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail; highly organized and process-driven
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable in a hands-on, onsite manufacturing or engineering environment
- Ability to lift and move items up to 30 lbs
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, or Linux-based systems
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Preferred Experience (Nice to Have)
- Experience supporting NPI, fleet operations, automotive, robotics, or hardware teams
- Familiarity with engineering BOMs, kitting, or lab inventory systems
- Exposure to quality inspections or IQC processes
