About the role

The J. Paul Getty Trust is seeking an Associate Director of Retail Operations to drive end-to-end retail performance across the Getty Center and Getty Villa. You will oversee P&L, staffing, merchandising, stock management, and customer experience, while guiding General Managers and aligning with design and branding teams. Lead a cross-functional retail organization, develop operating standards, and implement scalable processes to deliver exceptional visitor experiences.
