Behavior Technicians (BTs & RBTs) Opportunity Hello from Kids First, we're expanding our team and looking for Behavior Technicians (BTs & RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy across NYC. What You'll Do:
Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy Work with a BCBA to support skill development Track progress and create a safe, positive environment Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience, location, availability, and languages spoken. Training & Growth Free 40-hour RBT training (online)Certification exam reimbursement Ongoing support + growth opportunities
Requirements:
