About the role
- Develop and manage equipment maintenance plans for area equipment.
- Update Preventative Maintenance Plan (PM), Condition Monitoring Routes in SAPPerform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)/Failure Mode Elimination Analysis (FMEA)
- Assist with emergencies and unplanned breakdowns
- Identify critical spares and recommended spare parts inventory levels
- Identify and scope potential reliability improvement projects
- Contribute to maintenance planning and execution for outages. Participate in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Physical Requirements and Environment
- Ability to follow safety protocols and standards working in a pilot plant facility with highly hazardous materials
- Ability to work in a high hazard environment, including adverse weather conditions, elevated spaces, confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and noisy surroundings.
- Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs and ladders over 100 ft.
- Must be willing to wear PPE (Personal Protective equipment) including but not limited to hard hat, protective eyewear, steel-toed boots, hearing protection, Level A suit, full face respirator
- Bachelor's in STEM Engineering field 3+ years Maintenance/Engineering experience in a process manufacturing environment24/7 Manufacturing experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience in Food, Heavy Industry and/or Chemical manufacturing using pumps, grinders, rotary equipment, or dryers
- Experience using SAP Preventative Maintenance module
- Experience with Engineering codes and standards such as ASME, API, ANSI, etc. Experience interpretating condition monitoring findings from various tools such as Vibration Analysis, Ultrasound, Oil Analysis and Infrared Thermography
