What You’ll Do as a Talented Caker Decorate and assemble cakes and desserts following precise recipes and brand standards Prepare creams, fillings, icings, and toppings from scratch or components Maintain an organized, clean, and food-safe decorating station Manage daily production to meet café demand and ensure visually appealing cake displays Support special orders and guest customization needs with enthusiasm Receive, stock, and organize ingredients and supplies efficiently Monitor equipment and inventory, reporting issues promptly Train new Cake Team Members in decoration techniques and café procedures Complete waste logs, production sheets, and prep reports accurately Adapt to other bakery tasks as part of a dynamic team What You Bring to Our Delicious Team At least 1+ years of cake decorating or culinary experience (preferred)Familiarity with piping bags, whipped cream, fruit décor, and finishing techniques Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and labeling practices Serv Safe Food Handler’s Certification (preferred)Strong attention to detail, pride in presentation, and excellent time management Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 30 lbs.
