About the role
Leading the development of world-class risk and compliance strategies, the full-time Senior Director of Risk and Compliance will coordinate a comprehensive global framework while managing a high-achieving team and collaborating with cross-functional units, with opportunities for remote work.
Key responsibilities
Develop and coordinate a global risk and compliance framework aligned with strategic objectives
Guide a team of compliance professionals to ensure adherence to regulations and standards
Serve as a consultant to senior leadership on risk and compliance topics, driving continuous improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
BS, MS, or PhD in Information Security, Computer Science, Cyber Security Engineering, or MBA
15+ years of experience in risk management or compliance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record in developing global risk and compliance strategies in a digital environment
Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to risk and compliance
Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to lead a diverse group of professionals
