About the role

We are looking for energetic, dependable team members who are available for morning shifts, including 7:00 AM–1:00 PM or 5:00 AM–12:00 PM.
Position Overview: As a Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Member, you will help prepare quality food and beverages, provide friendly guest service, and keep the restaurant clean, safe, and organized.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare food and beverages according to Dunkin’ standards and recipes. Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to every guest. Take orders and process payments at the front counter and drive-thru. Assemble and package orders accurately. Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards. Maintain clean and organized workstations, dining areas, and equipment. Stock products and supplies throughout the shift. Learn and communicate menu items, promotions, and limited-time offers. Meet speed-of-service and order accuracy expectations. Work effectively with managers and fellow team members. Maintain organized storage, refrigerated, and stock areas.
What We’re Looking For: No previous restaurant experience required — we will train you! Reliable and punctual. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Friendly and guest-focused. Works well in a fast-paced team environment. Willing to learn and adapt. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping. Ability to work in a fast-paced, small-space environment. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., when applicable.
