Graphics Coordinator (Contract | Potential to Extend)We're seeking a Graphics Coordinator to support live broadcast productions in a fast-paced media environment. This role is ideal for someone with experience in broadcast graphics, Adobe Creative Cloud, and managing creative assets across multiple teams.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and deploy graphics assets for live broadcasts and studio programming Create and edit graphic files, including Photoshop, After Effects, and other digital assets Manage creative requests, asset delivery, and production timelines Partner with creative, production, content, engineering, and external vendor teams Maintain digital asset libraries and ensure brand consistency
What We're Looking For:
Experience with After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator Knowledge of broadcast graphics systems such as Vizrt, Ross Xpression, or Chyron Strong project management, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Experience working within broadcast, production, or live event workflows
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with live broadcast production environments The hourly range for this position is W2 $25-35/hr DOE.
