Cheese Production Support Team Member With Staff Management | SMX, you'll get a weekly paycheck, learn new skills, meet new people, and work with a great management team in a clean and safe environment. Join us in Oostburg, Wisconsin, as a Cheese Production Support team member on our night shift! Work closely with the Shift Supervisor and play a key role in our cheese manufacturing process.

Pay Rate: $21.00 / hour
Duties: Efficiently handle cheese packaging. Inspect and ensure the quality of bulk cheese. Operate cutting and shredding equipment. Record inventory and dry ingredient usage. Maintain attendance for reliable staffing. Collaborate with the team for smooth operations. Follow safety protocols and procedures. Lift up to 70 lbs and visually inspect products. Operate RF scanners and cardboard compactors.
Position Requirements
Qualifications: Team collaboration skills. Basic math and blending procedure understanding. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. Attention to detail for quality inspections. Comfortable in cool temperatures with exposure to noise and dust.
Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old. Required education: No Education Requirement.
