About the role

The firm is recruiting a Vice President to its Real Estate & Asset Banking practice. Vice Presidents lead real estate transactions end-to-end — managing acquisition processes, structuring financings, and serving as the day-to-day point of contact for principal clients. The role demands genuine real estate execution credibility, fluency across financing markets, and the judgement to advise principals on the structuring, jurisdiction, and tax implications of significant real estate decisions. Suited to candidates with substantive prior real estate investment banking, debt arrangement, or principal-side experience.
Requirements: 6–10 years' relevant experience, including substantive transaction or mandate leadership Established credibility with clients, counterparties, and counsel Track record of independent execution on complex matters Cross-border fluency expected Right to work in the relevant jurisdiction

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
