About the role
Leading the development of payment products and monetization strategies, the full-time hybrid Payment Products Leader will manage the entire flow of money at WeTravel, driving product initiatives that support a growing FinTech stack and enhance revenue through innovative payment solutions.
Key responsibilities
Oversee the signup, KYB/KYC processes, and payment profile management to establish a secure financial environment
Drive the collection of payments in multiple currencies and payment methods while identifying monetizable upsell opportunities
Lead the development of an AI-assisted financial operating system to enhance user experience and streamline payment processes
Required qualifications
Proven experience as a product leader with a strong track record in FinTech product development and scaling
Extensive knowledge of payment processing, compliance, and risk management in the financial sector
Experience managing both early-stage and large-scale product initiatives
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to optimize growth and margins
Desire to contribute to a low-ego, ambitious company culture focused on achieving impactful outcomes
