House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Lead Clinical Supervisor in Colorado to oversee the quality and integrity of services delivered by RBT and BCBA teams. You will mentor staff, drive clinical systems, and elevate care statewide while maintaining a small direct caseload. We are looking for a clinical leader who wants to shape what high-quality ABA looks like in Colorado, building a scalable, ethical program with a team that values families and outcomes.
