About the role

Hartford Hospital is seeking a Wound Care/Ostomy Registered Nurse to join the Inpatient Wound Team in Hartford, CT. You will provide direct care for patients with acute wounds, ostomy needs, and continence issues, applying the nursing process and educating patients and families. This full-time role requires a BSN, weekend coverage, and experience in acute care. WOCNCB certification is preferred. You will report to the Program Manager, Inpatient Wound Team, and contribute to quality improvement
