About the role

EVERSANA is seeking a Privacy Counsel to join our in-house legal team. You will shape privacy strategy, advise on U.S. federal/state and international privacy laws, and deploy privacy-by-design across health science services. You will collaborate with IT, security, compliance, product, and operations to implement risk-based privacy programs, respond to incidents, and provide practical guidance on data collection, use, and de-identification in a fast-paced remote environment.
