About the role
Next Era Energy Resources is seeking a senior Operations Manager to lead a region of RNG plants, directing site business and operations to meet production and safety targets. The role is based in Houston, TX, with an average 50% travel to sites across OK, TX, MO, and AL.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in a leadership role within energy operations, a strong background in budgeting, procurement, and SOP development, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
