Job Title
Duties and Responsibilities: Assemble products per assembly process communicate with team members, both verbally and in writing. Work in a team environment with a positive attitude and support the success of the team. Assemble, terminate, and wire electrical panels and electrical boxes using the specified tooling and approved workmanship standards, including complete installation into enclosures. Work with written instructions, mechanical drawings, bills of materials, wire run lists and electrical point to point wiring on a variety of electrical panels and power distribution electrical boxes; using company supplied hand tools, such as crimpers and wire strippers. Integrate sub-assemblies, electrical panels, chassis, power supplies and connecting cables. Perform co-builds with customers and/or project teams with limited support to learn new product builds and transfer knowledge to other assemblers. Learn new product builds and transfer knowledge to other assemblers. Work independently and with groups ranging from 2-8 people. Work with Engineering and Quality Control relating to assembly requirements, workmanship standards and customer product: $24-$28/hr (Salary commensurate with experience)Columbia Tech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
