About the role

Atlas Blowpipe & Sheet Metal Works, Inc. is hiring an experienced HVAC Sheet Metal Foreman for a major data-center project in the St. Francisville/Baker, Louisiana area. This is a hands-on field-leadership position for someone who can independently run commercial ductwork installation, supervise field personnel, coordinate with other trades and maintain production, quality and safety.
Required qualifications: Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification At least five years of commercial HVAC sheet metal field experience Previous foreman or lead-mechanic experience Strong knowledge of rectangular and spiral ductwork installation Ability to read mechanical plans, specifications, details and coordinated drawings Experience planning manpower, material and daily installation activities Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work overtime or second shift when required Data-center or large commercial experience is preferred. Experience with Trimble layout, BIM coordination or Navisworks is a plus.
