Role Description:
The Director of Operations at Source Points Security is a part-time, remote role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities and ensuring efficient delivery of services. This role includes developing and implementing operational processes, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing resource allocation across projects. The Director of Operations will collaborate with team leads to manage staffing, coordinate workflows, and maintain high standards of customer service. The position also involves supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts, identifying process improvements, and aligning operations with strategic business goals. The successful candidate will provide leadership, structure, and operational insight to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated Operations Management and Team Management experience, including overseeing workflows and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose operational issues, and develop practical, measurable solutions.
Proficiency in Budgeting and resource planning, with the ability to manage costs and support financial decision-making.
Commitment to high-quality Customer Service, with experience building client relationships and improving service delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Proven leadership capabilities, including strategic thinking, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
Experience in security, technology, or professional services operations is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
