We can handle small or large order volumes, providing the same critical attention to detail to each of our customers. We are looking for experienced individuals to join our growing team!
JOB DUTIES:
Safely perform all responsibilities with adherence to company policy Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality standards are met Read engineering documents such as prints, routing, and process instructions Demonstrate ability to operate CNC lathes, mills, set-up and program Proper handling of measurement tools Perform side operations as required while CNC is running (e.g. deburring)Maintain all equipment in good operating condition Report discrepancies in job route times as soon as they are identified Maintain accurate shop floor control system information Fill out scrap report Maintain safe and clean work area Must have good attendance Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:Understanding of Mazatrol programming Haas machine experience Ability to read drawings and effectively communicate Ability to accurately use measuring devices, operate equipment and make adjustments as needed Attention to detail with a capacity to evaluate information to determine compliance with standards Computer knowledge Walk and stand for entire shift Ability to lift 40 pounds unassistedCOMPENSTATION BASIS: Willing to pay for experienced candidates
