Arizona Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant

To support a growing aesthetic practice, the part-time Arizona Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and engage with clients through various communication channels in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Achieve sales success by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals through effective virtual consultations Conduct personalized consultations via phone or video calls, educating clients on treatment options tailored to their aesthetic goals Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads, building trust and rapport to foster long-term customer relationships Required qualifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology Exceptional consultative sales abilities with a focus on understanding customer needs Proactive and detail-oriented professional with the ability to work independently and in a team environment Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands
