Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the New Generation program for newbuilds, refurbishments, and technical projects. You will partner with shoreside and shipboard teams to gather data, scope projects, and deliver on time and budget.You will mentor a small project team, drive process improvements, and report progress to executives.
