Junior Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Develop and evaluate manufacturing processes using product drawings, specifications, machining methods, materials, and tooling. Review drawings and engineering documentation for accuracy and completeness. Identify opportunities to improve workflow, manufacturing efficiency, equipment layout, quality, and production processes. Support configuration management, Engineering Change Records (ECRs), MRB activities, and corrective actions. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Programs, Purchasing, Planning, and Material Control. Track project progress, identify potential delays, and communicate updates to management. What We Are Looking For: Entry-level knowledge or experience in engineering, manufacturing, or aerospace. Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities. Ability to read and work with engineering drawings and manufacturing documentation. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project, Share Point, and Epicor Vantage experience is a plus. Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, EAR, and ITAR requirements is preferred.
