About the role

Gunnebo Group is seeking a Grinder / Paint Preparation Operator in Milford, OH to grind, sand, and finish metal components for painting or powder coating. You will remove weld splatter, burrs, and surface defects to ensure quality before painting, while following safety rules and production schedules. The role requires basic reading of work instructions, familiarity with measuring tools, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
