DescriptionRecruitment CoordinatorAs a recruiting coordinator, you will need to be a critical thinker and highly organized. You will need to know basic computer skills. Knowledge of social media is preferred, especially sites like LinkedIn and Indeed. You will be the point of communication between job applicants and the hiring team so effective communication skills are a must.Although this position is remote, candidates MUST be local to the Phoenix Metro area.Responsibilities for Recruiting CoordinatorWork within a team to understand and participate in the recruiting planWrite job descriptions and post them online or in the ATS data baseInteract with different organizations and state agencies in acquiring qualified applicantsManages recruiting contacts and partners in the communityWork with local colleges and technical schools for applicants (job boards)Maintain applicant data base (Workable)Sourcing of new candidatesTelephone pre-screening of applicantsSchedule and coordinate interviews with applicants and managers or clientsUpdating candidate tracker on a daily basisMaintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidatesBe an active participant in identifying changing recruiting trendsPerform administrative duties as assignedResume formattingQualifications for Recruiting Coordinator1+ years of recruiting experienceWorking knowledge of social mediaAbility to conduct several types of interviews (in person, online, phone)Preferred knowledge of HR databases and candidate management systems but not required training will be providedBasic computer skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize, must be highly organizedStrong verbal and written communication skillsMicrosoft suite of software- Outlooks, Word, Excel, and SharePointAbility to work independently and with a teamMSR-FSR offers a comprehensive benefit package including medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and 401(k) with matching contributions.
