Job Description:

Chiavaris is hiring dependable team members to help deliver, load, unload, set up, and pick up event seating across the Chicagoland area. This is a flexible, demand-driven contractor opportunity for workers who are active, responsive, professional, and ready to be part of a high-standard operation.
What the work looks like
Team members support deliveries and pickups by helping with:loading and unloading chairs and related equipmentpreparing orders for deliverysetting up and breaking down at event locationsmaintaining professionalism at venues and client sitessupporting route execution and warehouse flow
This is active physical work. Workers should expect lifting, carrying, walking, loading, unloading, and working efficiently as part of a team.
Schedule structure
This is a part-time, demand-driven contractor opportunity based on:client demandroute needsseasonalityyour availability

Basic requirementsat least 18 years oldvalid state ID or driver’s licenseable to lift and move event equipment safelydependable communication and responsivenessable to work professionally at venues and client locationsable to follow instructions and work efficiently as part of a team
Driver-path note
Some workers may grow into driver-path opportunities over time. Those roles require higher standards and additional qualification steps.
PayStarting pay begins at $25/hour, with higher earning opportunities available over time for workers who advance into higher-responsibility roles.
Additional premium pay may apply in certain approved late-night situations.
