The main focus of the role is generating new opportunities, building strong industry relationships, supporting proposals and bids, and contributing to the continued growth of the division.You will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal team members to help manage project details and create a smooth, professional experience throughout the sales process. You will also gain exposure to construction plans, takeoffs, and pricing, but the core of the role is centered on sales growth and relationship development.No prior experience is required. Miranda Development provides hands-on training in sales workflow, industry processes, and the countertop and finish carpentry trade.Key ResponsibilitiesFind and nurture new business relationships with construction partnersPerform detailed material takeoffs and cost estimates for countertop projects and related carpentry work.Assist with bid preparation, proposals, and project pricing.Communicate with clients and vendors for material costs and specifications.Support the growth and development of the countertop division by identifying new opportunities, improving estimating accuracy, and helping streamline workflow.Collaborate with project managers and sales staff to ensure estimates align with design and production needs.Represent Miranda Development with professionalism, precision, and accountability.Compensation & IncentivesBase Salary: negotiable; $45,000 minimum starting annually, paid bi-weekly with commission.Commission Structure: Construction Takeoff & Estimating Associates earn commission on the total contract value of the projects they close.
