Pendo.io is seeking a Sr. PSE to design and scope complex customer engagements within its Professional Services team. You will craft technically sound Statements of Work, build custom integrations, and drive end-to-end delivery across data pipelines, ETL, and AI/ML use cases. You will lead with architectural guidance, collaborate with Account Directors and Customer Engineers, and mentor peers to raise the team’s capability, embracing AI as a multiplier in daily work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
