Ability to multi-task and effectively manage customer calls and other administrative responsibilities is essential. The anticipated pay range for this position is $21.50-$24.00 per hour. What your role will look like Accurately and appropriately manage and respond to customer questions, concerns and inquiries Take incoming calls from Technicians/Delivery Drivers and provide servicing and dispatch support Timely and accurate managing of the service and delivery call scheduling and dispatching. Provide customer with requested information by using application software or other appropriate means, and assist customer to achieve total satisfaction Prepare documentation for data entry; perform data entry including entering customer information into computer system, such as charges or credits on customer accounts Filing of customer documentation in appropriate folders Other duties as assigned What you'll bring to this role
Education:
