About the role
Job-ID32727772 Reference 26-01285 Job Summary: We are seeking a Lab Vantage Administrator to administer and maintain the Lab Vantage LIMS platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system administration, user and security management, production support, troubleshooting, system upgrades, data integrity, laboratory system integrations, and ensuring compliance with GxP and regulatory requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the Lab Vantage LIMS platform. Configure users, roles, security groups, workflows, and system settings. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues. Provide production support and resolve incidents in a timely manner. Support system upgrades, patches, and release deployments. Manage user access, permissions, and security in compliance with organizational policies. Collaborate with business users, laboratory teams, QA, and IT to gather and implement system requirements. Perform data validation, data integrity checks, and system health monitoring. Create and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and administrative procedures. Support integrations with laboratory instruments and enterprise applications. Participate in testing, validation, and change management activities. Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, ALCOA+, and data integrity standards where applicable.
Experience:
3+ years of hands-on experience administering Lab Vantage LIMS. Strong knowledge of Lab Vantage system administration and configuration. Experience with user management, security roles, workflows, and permissions. Experience with SQL for troubleshooting and data validation. Knowledge of laboratory workflows and sample lifecycle management. Experience supporting production environments and resolving incidents. Familiarity with Service Now, Jira, or similar ticketing tools. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
