Description: Getting your real estate license is one thing. Learning what to do every day to actually build a career is another. We're looking for someone who wants hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear system for getting started in real estate. This opportunity is open to newly licensed agents as well as individuals currently working toward their real estate license. You'll learn how to generate new business, work with buyers and sellers, manage transactions from the first conversation through closing, and develop the daily habits needed to create consistent production. You won't be expected to figure everything out by yourself. You'll receive coaching and mentorship from agents who are actively producing, along with proven systems for lead generation and transaction management. This could be a good fit if you're changing careers, recently entered real estate, or have your license but haven't gained the traction you expected. We're looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, and wants structure and clear direction while developing their real estate business. Responsibilities: Assist in generating new business by leveraging proven lead generation systems. Work closely with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Manage transactions from initial contact through to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Develop and maintain daily habits that drive consistent production and personal growth. Participate in regular coaching sessions to refine skills and enhance real estate knowledge. Collaborate with experienced agents to gain insights and practical experience in the field. Utilize company resources to stay updated on market trends and industry best practices.
Qualifications: Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds. Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals. Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation and client management is a plus.
