About the role
- Assemble precision medical devices by following detailed work instructions
- Inspect products to ensure they meet strict quality standards
- Use microscopes and magnification equipment to perform detailed inspection work
- Operate small production equipment used for buffing, grinding, and shaping components
- Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
- Package finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and quality-focused work environment
- Follow all manufacturing, safety, and quality procedures
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Comfortable working with small parts and precision assembly
- Manufacturing, assembly, production, or inspection experience preferred
- Experience using microscopes or precision measuring tools is a plus
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to producing high-quality work
