Responsibilities:
- Lead full project lifecycle management including buyout, contracts, budgeting, and schedule oversight.
- Own and manage the master schedule using Primavera P6Collaborate closely with estimating post‑bid to refine scope and delivery approach
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and proactive problem solving
- Support site operations as needed to maintain a cohesive, hands‑on project environment
- Ensure all work complies with federal requirements and secure‑site access standards Qualifications
- At least 3 years of project management experience with a general contractor
- Has managed ground up $15M+ commercial projects
