This position brings the brand to life through confident service, attention to detail, and ownership of the final moments that matter most, from pre-exam support to eyewear readiness, fitting, and pickup. As a key member of the team, this role ensures every customer interaction feels seamless, elevated, and on-brand. This role blends customer connection, optical support, and finishing excellence to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences.Essential Functions:Create an Exceptional Customer ExperienceDeliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visitGuide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product educationEnsure customers leave feeling confident in both their eyewear and their experienceSupport Clinical & In Store FlowAssist with patient flow and pre exam screenings to support OptometristsHelp ensure smooth transitions between exam, finish, and pickup momentsServe as a calm, knowledgeable presence throughout the customer journeyOwn Finish & Quality ExcellencePerform finishing work including final adjustments, inspections and quality checksEnsure all eyewear meets Eyeglass World standards for fit, function, and presentationPrepare orders for pickup and deliver polished, brand aligned handoffOperate with Precision & CareSupport order entry, tracking, and timely completionMaintain organized, clean, and efficient finish and retail areasIdentify and resolve quality or service issues proactivelyBring the Brand to LifeModel Eyeglass World service standards, tone, and behaviors in every interactionUphold visual, experiential, and operational brand standards in the storePartner with the store team to deliver a consistent and elevated experienceIn some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials.
