About the role

Emergency Restoration Closer / Property Loss Consultant Monitor live company-provided BNN emergency dispatches and respond to property fire/disaster scenes safely and immediately. Meet directly with affected property owners on-scene to offer immediate, empathetic guidance through their worst moments. Secure emergency board-up, tarping, and initial water/smoke mitigation contracts on the spot. Act as the vital bridge between the property owner, local first responders, and the AMS production team. Unmatched Grit: Willingness to handle a 24/7 on-call emergency rotation (fires don't just happen between 9-5). The "Hunter" Closing Mentality: Prior experience in storm restoration, roofing sales, public adjusting, or emergency services is highly preferred. High Empathy & Polish: The unique ability to transition seamlessly from a chaotic emergency scene to a calm, professional, and deeply empathetic contract signing. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are mandatory. Live Feed Infrastructure: Company-provided BNN app access + localized routing support and Property Shark to retrieve home owner details. Lucrative Commission Structure: Highly competitive tier-based commission payouts on the initial mitigation ticket. Stability: Immediate back-end support from a highly experienced production team to ensure your closed jobs are executed flawlessly.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
