About the role

Appointment Coordinator We’re hiring a full-time Appointment Coordinator to join our Service BDC (Business Development) team! This role is all about helping our guests get their vehicles scheduled for maintenance and repair in a friendly, efficient way. You’ll speak with guests by phone, text, and online chat to book service appointments, answer questions, and follow up as needed. We’re looking for someone who’s kind, detail-oriented, and confident in both English and Spanish. What You’ll Do: Answer incoming calls, texts, and chats from service guests Schedule service check-in times and reach out to guests due for maintenance Go over recommended services, recalls, and expected timelines Gather guest and vehicle info and set accurate appointments Confirm appointments and follow up on no-shows or delayed work Log all communication in our CRM system Assist Spanish-speaking guests with translations as needed
What We’re Looking For: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (verbal and written)Previous experience in a Service BDC, call center, or guest service role is a plus Strong multitasking and organizational skills Friendly, professional communicator who follows through Comfortable using scripts and offering appointment options clearly Why Join Twin Falls Cars?
