Role Description: The Wealth Management Assistant is a part-time, remote role that supports advisors in delivering high-quality service to clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing client information, preparing meeting materials and reports, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and portfolio management systems. The role involves assisting with scheduling client meetings, coordinating follow-up tasks, and helping draft clear, client-facing communications such as emails, summaries, and basic presentations. The assistant may also support light research on investment and planning topics, help with document collection and onboarding processes, and contribute to improving internal workflows and client service standards.
Qualifications: Strong organizational and administrative skills, including managing calendars, maintaining digital files, and tracking client tasks and deadlines. Proficiency with office and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, CRM systems, and video conferencing platforms).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, professional emails, notes, and basic client materials. Attention to detail and accuracy when handling client data, preparing reports, and processing documentation. Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and the ability to manage time and priorities independently. Foundational understanding of personal finance or investment concepts, or strong interest in learning about wealth management. Demonstrated client service mindset, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive financial information. Prior experience in financial services, administrative support, or a similar professional environment is preferred but not required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is beneficial, or equivalent relevant experience.
