- Why Scout?
- We care... a lot. Founded by two veterinarians, Scout was built with an employee- and team-first philosophy. That means showing up for one another, putting in the work, and doing what's right for our patients, clients, and teams.
- We support our people with thoughtful onboarding, regular check-ins, continuing education, and the trust and flexibility to make sound decisions for the patients and teams in their care.
- We're building something meaningful, and we're doing it together. Whether you want to focus on your craft, help shape what's next for Scout, or a little of both, you'll find room here to grow, contribute, and make an impact.
- If you're looking for a place that values your voice, invests in your growth, and puts patients and people first, we'd love to talk. Come see what we're building.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
