- Rogar Management & Consulting of Florida, headquartered in South Florida, is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment
- Operators to join our construction team. This position requires travel to job sites throughout the State of Florida.
- We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious operators with experience operating heavy construction equipment.
- MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVELEQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE:Excavators
- BackhoesLoadersSkid Steers
- BulldozersOther heavy construction equipmentRESPONSIBILITIES:Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment on active construction sites
- Perform excavation, trenching, grading, loading, backfilling, material movement, and general site work as needed
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical or safety issues
- Follow job-site safety requirements and supervisor instructions
- Work and communicate effectively with field supervisors and crew members
- Maintain equipment and work areas in safe operating conditionREQUIREMENTS:Previous heavy equipment operating experience required
- Must be able to safely and confidently operate assigned equipment
- Knowledge of construction-site and equipment safety
- Must be willing and able to travel to job sites throughout the State of Florida
- Ability to work outdoors in typical construction-site conditions
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's licenseOSHA 10 and/or CDL is a plus, but not required unless needed for the specific position
