About the role

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our Savage, MN team. Work under a supervising OT to deliver personalized in-home treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and help rebuild strength and independence in a geriatric setting. Eligible candidates have MN OT/OTA licensure, CPR certification, and basic computer skills. Base pay ranges in Minnesota between $21.63 and $31.25 per hour with growth opportunities.
