Student Mentee Program Springpoint Senior Living is seeking student mentees to join our team! Springpoint Senior Living is seeking motivated college students to participate in a mentorship program designed to provide professional development, career guidance, and hands-on learning opportunities. As a mentee, you will work closely with an experienced mentor who will help you develop professional skills, explore career opportunities, and build confidence as you prepare for life after college.
Responsibilities: Attend scheduled mentorship meetings and activities. Set academic, professional, and career goals with your mentor. Participate actively in discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities. Complete assigned projects and professional-development activities. Ask questions and seek feedback to support your growth. Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university. Strong interest in professional and career development. Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to commit to the required mentorship schedule.
