About the role

Folder Gluer Operator We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Folder Gluer Operator to join our 2nd shift production team (Monday Thursday 2pm 12pm). The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining folder-gluer machines to produce high-quality folded and glued cartons according to customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate folder-gluer machines for carton production Adjust machine settings to ensure proper folding, gluing, and alignment Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects Monitor production speeds and maintain efficiency standards Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Complete production reports and documentation accurately Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors Qualifications 2+ years of experience operating folder-gluer equipment preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read production specifications Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Willingness to work overtime or other shifts as needed
Preferred Experience: Experience with folder-gluer machines Knowledge of carton manufacturing processes Familiarity with quality control standards
