About the role

Holden Farms Inc. is seeking a Sow Farm Manager to lead our sow farm team and drive the implementation of farrowing and management programs to maximize production and improve genetics. You will assist with farrowing, care of weans, and biosecurity while updating records and procedures. You will lead up to 20 employees, collaborate with supervisors and management, and ensure training, performance evaluations, and talent recruitment are aligned with farm goals.
