Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment to package final products. Comply with all safety and quality standards, ensuring a safe work environment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from Leads and Management. Adapt quickly to changes and meet production demands in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Able to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to lift at least 60 pounds using safe lifting practices. Basic computer skills and simple math proficiency. Preferences:1 year of manufacturing work experience. Experience with machine operation and/or forklift
Requirements: Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending, and lifting. Work in temperature zones with cold, hot, dust, and noise environments.
