About the role
To support families exploring educational options, the full-time Inside Sales Enrollment Specialist will manage inbound inquiries, guide curriculum selection, and assist with enrollment processes remotely in the Pacific Standard Timezone.
Key responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries and conduct outreach to convert leads into curriculum purchases or enrollment applications
Guide families through the Brightspire enrollment process and provide updates on application status
Document interactions in Salesforce and recommend improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and enrollment rates
Required qualifications:
2-4 years of inside sales or call center experience, preferably in education or edtech
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Proven ability to close deals while building long-term customer relationships
Strong outbound prospecting and lead qualification skills
Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
