Interview Process: Two rounds – first virtual, second onsite Job Overview: We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, test, and support scalable enterprise applications. This role requires strong hands‑on experience with Angular, Java, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to design integrated systems, solve complex technical problems, improve engineering practices, and mentor junior developers. The ideal candidate can work across both front‑end and back‑end technologies and has experience delivering reliable, secure, and high‑performing solutions in production environments Required:5–7 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale production applications. Strong full-stack development experience with Angular, Java, and cloud technologies. Strong understanding of performance, resiliency, reliability, and secure application development. Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly through conversations, documentation, code, and diagrams. Ability to collaborate across teams and work effectively through shared responsibilities. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Preferred: Previous airline or transportation industry experience. Experience working with highly available enterprise platforms. Experience with system modernization, cloud migration, or distributed application architecture. Experience with Angular 17 or later and modern TypeScript development.
Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and implement full-stack enterprise applications. Build scalable, reliable, and maintainable components, services, and libraries. Develop front-end solutions using Angular or React and back-end services using Java and Spring Boot. Write unit, integration, and automated tests and document technical work according to organizational standards. Conduct root-cause analysis and lead corrective actions for systemic technical issues. Design integrated systems that support speed, scalability, reliability, and reuse across multiple product teams. Identify, manage, and reduce technical debt within existing applications. Anticipate and address performance, scalability, latency, resiliency, and data durability challenges. Partner with security teams to implement secure development practices early in the software lifecycle. Evaluate technical risks and recommend practical prevention and mitigation strategies. Support small, safe, and incremental releases across multiple teams. Collaborate with architects, product managers, business analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders. Coach junior engineers and promote strong technical craftsmanship. Identify opportunities to reduce duplication and create reusable solutions. Evaluate team practices and recommend improvements to engineering leadership. Research emerging technologies, develop prototypes, and incorporate appropriate solutions into the architecture.
