About the role
To drive high-impact creative work for a major enterprise retail client, the Freelance Executive Creative Director will lead integrated teams, establish creative standards, and collaborate closely with agency and client stakeholders in a full-time remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
Drive creative excellence across integrated retail work, ensuring ideas are strategically sharp and effectively executed
Lead creative teams through all phases of project development, from concept to delivery, while maintaining high creative standards
Build trust and collaborate with internal teams and senior client stakeholders to enhance creative work and ensure alignment with strategic goals
Required qualifications:
15+ years of creative experience in senior leadership roles within agency, retail, or integrated marketing environments
Proven experience leading complex, high-volume client work with multiple stakeholders and channels
Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated creative leadership across various media and touchpoints
Ability to effectively present to senior clients and shape creative strategy that achieves commercial effectiveness
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in advertising, design, marketing, or related fields
